It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas James Burbo of Milton, Vermont, born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Burbo and Delia Burbo (Bessette); and his siblings, Joseph Burbo (Dick), Walter Burbo, Margret Stevens, Kenneth Burbo, Franklin Burbo, Reggie Burbo, Mary Lemmons and Elizabeth Parrot (Betty).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Burbo (Thibault) of Milton, VT; his children, Douglas James Burbo II (Kirsten), Shelley Burbo of North Hollywood, CA and Glendon John Burbo (Holly); his grandchildren, Emily Burbo, Sarah Burbo, Treyvon Gomes and Elizabeth Burbo; and his siblings, Kathrine Tobin of Milton, VT, Helen Turhune of Saint Albans, VT and Victor Burbo (Debra) of Milton, VT..
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriners Hospital or Saint Jude's Children's.
