He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Emily Turner-Frye (Ben), Hillary Joyal (Dana) and Erin Turner; his grandchildren, Thea, Lydia and Thatcher; his parents, Donald H. Turner, Sr. and Nancy Turner; his siblings, Lisa Lapete (Chris) and James Turner (Erin); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Sam, Nikki, Haley, Owen and Quinn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Donald H. Turner, Jr. Public Works Building (160 Public Works Way, Milton, VT 05468).
