She was predeceased by: her son Fred Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Perkins Sr.; her children, Dawn Tye (Jim), Sharon Bottini (Clem), Ralph Perkins Jr. and Bill Perkins (Rose Perkins); her siblings, George (Melissa) and Sharon (Bill); and her brother-in-law Dana Perkins.
