He is survived by: his parents, Katherine Bouchard and Scott Bouchard; his stepfather Willie Cloutier; his wife Christine Bouchard; his siblings, Leslie White (Sam White) and Kyle Bouchard; his nephews, Quinton and Gabriel Bouchard; and his grandmother Norma Bouchard. He is also survived by loving extended family including aunts, uncles and cousins.
