Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carmen Margaret Sibley (Milton, Vermont), born in Winooski, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 98, on March 7, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rochette and Alice Rochette (Gingras); her husband Edwin S. Sibley Jr.; and her siblings, Arsene, Paul Rochette and Theresa Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond Sibley (Laura) of Milton, Robert Sibley (Susan) of Stannard, Mark Sibley (Jean) of Georgia and Joan Sibley (Mark Moffatt) of Colchester; and her sisters, Yvette Labrie (Roger) of Essex, Anita Cote of Nebraska and Dina Remillard (Charles) of Swanton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren.
