He is survived by: his wife Tammy Dorr; his daughter Sydney Sprague (Corey Sprague); his grandsons, Jonathan and Leo Sprague; his brother Kevin Dorr; his daughters, Shannon, Alyssa and Theresa; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Colton, Chanelle and Bri; his stepchildren, Tyler Hock, Eli Brannon, Corinne Williamson, Lee Williamson, Matt Hock and Rachel Hauck; his close friends, John Smith Sr. and Carol Smith; his brother-in-law John Smith Jr. (Robin Alt); his nieces, Maranda and Grace Smith; and his pet Max.
