He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Tester of Middlebury, William Bickham of Orwell, Peter Bickham (Jennifer) of Hopewell, N. J., Patrick Bickham (Jessica) of Morristown, N. J. and Andrea Tester of Orwell; his niece Brianna; his nephew Peter; and his grandparents, Doris Hemovich of Seattle, W. A. and Dorothea Kravetsky of Orwell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
