He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn; his children, Patrick Otis (Gabrielle) of Japan, James Otis of New Haven, Jesse Otis (Courtney) of Middlebury and Kenene Otis of Leicester; his sisters, Millie Lowell, South Portland and Cynthia Tykot; and his grandchildren, Dominik, Connor, Kimberly, Charlotte and Quinn Otis. He is also survived by Aunt and cousins.
