She is survived by: her husband Edgar Butterfield Jr.; her sons, Eric, Jamie and Jeremie; and her siblings, Karen, Brian, Kathy and Brad. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
