It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Everett Williams of Middlebury, Vermont, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Williams and Pauline Williams (Rocheleau); and his siblings, Claudene Slack, Michael Williams and Douglas Williams.
He is survived by: his significant other Paula Mayer of Middlebury; his daughter Kami Pepe (Michael); his grandchildren, Ryan of East Thetford, Vermont. and Nolan Pepe of East Thetford, Vermont.; his daughters, Jennifer Piotrowicz of Massachusetts and Alicia Williams of New York; and his sisters, Donnalee Many (Paul) of Middlebury and Jerilyn LaDuc of Rutland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Mary's Church.
