She was predeceased by: her parent Calvin A. "Tink" Campbell. She is survived by: her parent Alta Campbell (Koch); her spouse Arthur Werthmann; her daughters, Katherine Werthmann of Panton and Christine Chase of Larchmont, N. Y.; her son-in-law Jeremy Chase; her granddaughters, Angela and Lily; her sister-in-law Paula Campbell; her stepchildren, James Paddon and Katherine Paddon; and her stepdaughter-in-law Kim Anker Paddon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cure Alzheimers Fund or local hospice chapters.
