It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Ann Skillings (Middlebury, Vermont), born in Rutland, Vermont, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Skillings; her close friend Bob Brooks; and her siblings, Francis Justine Couzzo, Shirley Mulligan and William White (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Balch of Ripton, VT, David Balch of Bonifay, FL, Laurie Huse (Arthur) of South Hero, VT, Jamie Balch of Essex Junction, VT and Martha Balch of Stow, OH.; her sister Gerry Myrick of Middlebury; and her friends, Jan, Bob Whitman of St. Albans and David Basque of Bridport. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
