Waite of Middlebury, Vermont, born in Proctor, Vermont, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Baccei (Payette) and Almo Thomas Baccei; and her brother William Baccei. She is survived by: her husband Conrad W. Waite of Cuttingsville; her daughters, Karen, Katherine, Sarah and Susan; and her sister Rita Baccei. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
