He is survived by: his children, Matthew Stevens and Christin Evans (Stevens); his grandchildren, Jonathan Stevens, Dylan Stevens, Maddison Evans, Moses Evans, Taei Evans and Leo Evans; and his brothers, Ronald Stevens, Rodney "Buz" Stevens and Robert Stevens.
