It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Goodnow Martel (Middlebury, Vermont), born in Westfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Martel and Eddith Martel (Goodnow); his sons, Wayne (Shelley), Glenn, Gordon (Pam) and Neil (Nancy); his brother George; his grandchildren, Kurt, Megan, Kyle, Colby, Riley and Kacey; his niece Marcia (Stephen); his nephew Brian (Jetty); and his wife Marjorie Martel of Orwell.
