He was predeceased by: his grandmother Annabelle Warner; his great-grandparent Francis Lewis; and his uncles, Steve and Eric. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Warner and Christine Warner; his siblings, Katelyn, Makayla and Michael; and his fiancée Virginia. He is also survived by his grandparents, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
