Carmen A. Desforges Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen A. Desforges of Middlebury, Vermont, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carmen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amedee and Cordelia (Dutil); her husband John Desforges of Mary's Church; and her siblings, Henry Audet, Marcel Audet, Madeleine Dubois, Rollande Cloutier and Jeannette Lalonde.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Audet (Claire). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Catholic Church (326 College St, Middlebury, VT 05753).
