She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Smith and Betty (Harrington); her brothers, John and Russell Jr.; her stepson Matthew; and her stepgranddaughter Brianna.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Popp (Tony); and her stepchildren, Charlie (Rochelle), Donovan (Kady), Joshua (Karri), Jennifer (Steve), Travis, Jedediah (Rosie) and Adam (Rebecca). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, cousin, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sanderson Funeral Service (117 S Main St, Middlebury, VT 05753). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
