He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance F. Evarts Sr. and Martha Evarts (Abel); and his brother Vance F. Evarts Jr.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Welch of Vergennes; and his brother Craig Evarts of Rochester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
