Neil Quinn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2018, at the age of 78, Neil Quinn (Marlboro, Vermont), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Quinn, Sr. and Phyllis Hight Quinn; and his son Jeremy. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Bates of Dummerston; his son Bevan (Tammi) of Guilford; his grandsons, Braeden and Caleb; his daughter Mauireen Derby Quinn (Watson); his granddaughters, Bailee Bell and Mackenzie Bell; his daughter-in-law Trish Kneeland of Westminster; his sisters, Ellin Martin of Rutland, Deborah Quinn of Santa Fe, N. M and Additionally; his child Neil; and also, Bell III of St. Thomas and Scotland. He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew, and several grandnieces and nephews.
