He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Frederick and Ann Finn (Baldwin); his wife Helen Finn (McGrath); his son Richard Finn; and his siblings, Fred, Frank Finn and Isabel.

He is survived by : his children, Carol Finn of Boulder and Greg Finn of Erie; and his grandchildren, Cameron Olson, Ryan Finn and Liam Brod. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
