It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ralph Welsh Jr. formerly of Manchester, Vermont, born in Summit, New Jersey, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Sr. and Leonora Welsh; his children, Bruce of Clarendon, VT, Scott (Lynne) of Manchester, VT, Mendham and NJ; his sister Marilyn Andrews of Waldoboro, ME; his daughter Dr. Debra Welsh of South Burlington; his grandchildren, Alison (Joe Jankowski), Tim (Kelsey Welsh), Emily (Joe Kohler) and Kelsey (Tyler DePriest); his great grandchildren, Madeline, James Jankowski and Leo Welsh; his wife Carol Bockoven; his sister Betty Jean Grant; and his daughter-in-law Carol Porter Welsh.
