With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Snocker of Manchester, Vermont, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard T. McNichol and Miriam McNichol (Auty) of Rosemont. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Snocker (Rick); her children, Todd Snocker (Lauren) of Gaithersburg and Courtney Bishop (Brian) of Wells, Vermont.; her grandchildren, Brendan, Kyle Snocker, Blake, Hunter and Anabel Bishop; and her sisters, Maureen Quinlan of Kennett Square and Bernadette Tuohy of Stone Harbor.
