She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Bania and Sophie Bania (Blicharz); her son John Kardas; and her brother Joseph Bania. She is survived by : her husband John Kardas of Dorset; her children, Matthew Kardas of Middlebury, VT, Mark Kardas of East Arlington and Shannon Johnston (Keith) of Hinesburg, VT; her siblings, Stanley Bania (Sue) of Center Rutland, Mary Ann Justin of Center Rutland and Anne Sharp (Robert) of Rutland; her sister-in-law Linda Bania of Center Rutland; her aunts, Dorothy Blicharz of Rutland and Theresa Grandziel of Rutland; and her grandchildren, Troy, Meghan Kardas and Katherine Johnston. She is also survived by children.
