It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Casey of Manchester, Vermont, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Patrick Casey and Helen Flanagan Casey; his wife Mary Louise McDonald (Church); his children, Mary Casey Steiger (George Beato), Daniel Casey (Christy Casey) and Kathleen Casey; his grandchildren, Patrick Casey (Jaclyn Casey), Casey Tracy (Adam Tracy), Colleen Gaydos (Tom Gaydos), Erin Steiger, Kiley Schmoldt and Aidan Schmoldt; his stepgrandchildren, Gina Sabens (Mike Sabens), Luke Beato (Annie Weiss) and Nicholas Beato; and his sisters-in-law, Arlene McDonald, Patricia Byrnes and Kathleen Garde (Sam Garde). He was also cherished by his seven great-grandchildren; plus his constant companion, Buddy, the dog.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the following organizations: North Shore Animal Hospital, Father Flanagan (Boys Town), American Legion, or Saint Michael's College.
