He was predeceased by : his wife Judith. He is survived by : his children, Kevin Lewis (Mary) of Alpharetta, GA, Colleen Lewis (Scott Murphy) of Belmont, MA, Kyle Lewis of Leesburg, VA and Darren Lewis of Manchester, VT; and his grandchildren, Claire, Natalie, Carter, Ella, Sam and Camden.
