He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Secoy and Madeline Frederick Secoy; and his brother Roger Secoy. He is survived by: his children, William Secoy of Danby, VT and Stephanie Secoy of Rutland, VT; and his siblings, Michael, John Secoy of Manchester, Jimmy Secoy of Danby, VT and Rose Dorr of Manchester. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
