He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; and his nephew Jeff. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Pennebaker Rutins; his son-in-law Erik; his nephew John; his nieces, Deborah and Susanna; his daughter Elizabeth Allen-Pennebaker; his son-in-law Andrew; and also Leslie. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
