He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Asahel Miles Waite and Katherine Marotta Waite; his wife Linda Waite of Stratton; his children, Asahel J. Waite (Samuel R. Waite), Kevin McMahon of West Hollywood, Glenna McMahon of Encinitas and J. P. "Jay" McMahon (Carrie); his grandchild Castle McMahon; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Waite.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Stratton Mountain Volunteer Fire Company (payable by check via mail) or the Mountain Valley Health Center.
