He was predeceased by: his cousin Doug Slavin; his mother Deloris Slavin Markey; his stepfather Roger Markey; and his grandmother Slavin. He is survived by: his significant other Marion E. Bourn; and his siblings, Debbie Cram, Dottie Carver Pond and Steven Kibbler. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
