He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Mildred Beattie Forrest. He is survived by: his former wife Jessie Forrest of Manchester; his children, James Forrest (Cynthia) of Johnstown, NY, Heidi Shaffer (Paul) of Seneca Falls, NY and Julie Saunders (Leland) of Argyle, NY; his sister Geraldine Collins (Keith) of Seneca Falls, NY; and his significant other Sandra Frost of Manchester. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
