It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Charles Mayhew (Lyndonville, Vermont), who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mayhew and Dorothy Mayhew (Gagnon); his wife Kathleen Mayhew; his siblings, John Mayhew and Donalda Pierce Page; and his brothers-in-law, John Downer Jr., Philip Downer, David Bergen and Gilmore Downer.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Mayhew (Joann) of St. Johnsbury, Susan Ferguson (Chris) of Fletcher, VT and Karen Lee (Ken) of Lebanon, NH; his sisters, Sarah Bergen of Granby, CT and Marie Batchelder (Arlan) of Walden, VT; his sisters-in-law, Sonja and Lorraine Downer; his grandchildren, Patrick Mayhew, Jackson Staab, Katie Mayhew, Zachary, Alex Ferguson, Nicholas English (Darcy) and Natasha Hamel (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Cooper and Henry Robert. He is also survived by many cousins nieces and nephews.
