She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester Hooker (Mildred) and Mildred Hooker (Kerr); her children, Lineli "Lee" Chamberlain (Gary) of Lyndonville, VT, David Poellot (Vicki) of Mahopac, NY, Stephen Poellot (Tiffany) of Pleasant Valley, NY and Jonathan Poellot (Stephanie) of Locust Grove, VA.; her brother James Hooker (Shirley) of Maple Valley, WA; her brother-in-law Donald Poellot (Christin) of Verbank, NY.; her grandchildren, Jason Smith, Kimberly Cole (Timothy), Hagen Josh, Alex Poellot, Bryce Catavia and Reed Poellot; her great grandchild Brandon Smith; her niece Kristin Poellot; her husband Harry; her stepmother Irene; her brother Mervin Hooker; her father-in-law Harry Poellot (Lina); and her sisters-in-law, Gerri Poellot and Sylvia Hooker. She was also cherished by Many nephews, nieces and cousins.

Due to Covid 19 there will be no calling hours or funeral at this time.
