Mattie Jean Moses Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023, at the age of 83, Mattie Jean Moses of Lyndonville, Vermont, born in Berlin, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldis Spence, Sr. and Helen Mildred Hill (Brunell); her children, Mark James and Judy Bean; her sister Mary Jane Hill (Sharon Gray); her brother-in-law Fred Hodgedon; and also Lucinda Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Moses; her children, Penny Pillsbury (Francis) of Lyndonville and Samuel James (Theora "Teddy") of Burke Hollow; her siblings, Aldis S. Hill, Jr. of Huntington, VT and Priscilla Hodgedon of Granby, VT; and her grandchildren, Tim, Fallon, Benjamin, John and Isiah. She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Donations may be made in Mattie's name to either the Alzheimer's Association or to the Lyndonville United Methodist Church.
