It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Bissell (Lyndonville, Vermont), born in Hardwick, Vermont, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Sternberg and Gertrude Sternberg (Allen); her husband Randall; her son Randy Mackay; her sister Gloria Thompson; and her grandson Derek Mackay.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Mackay (Kirsten) of St. Johnsbury; her daughter-in-law Jacque-Lynn Mackay of Danville; her stepsons, Gary Bissell (Vicki) of Barnet and David Bissell (Julie) of Northfield, NH; her sister Lorraine DiDeminico; and her grandchildren, Tyler Mackay, Tasha Peznola (Robert), Kristen Gonyaw, Drew Mackay, Michele Hawley, Levi Mackay, Cayla Keach, Curtis Mackay, Axel Mackay, Luna Mackay, Aaron Pattison and Tony Peznola. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
