He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Colford and Catherine Kenney (Thomas); his son Peter Kenney; his granddaughter Sarah Beth; and his siblings, Floyd Kenney, Mary Letourneau, Hilda Daigle and Steve Burgess.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Kenney, Sr. (Barbara) of Guilford, CT, Rhonda Lopes (Joe), Kevin Kenney, Gary Kenney (Jacqueline) of Littleton, NH and Cynthia Kenney (Kevin Holbrook) of St. Johnsbury; his sister Helen Bedor of St. Johnsbury; and his grandchildren, Kristen, Phillip, II, Kasie, Jamie, Marie, Johnathan, Alissa, Shannon and Robert. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
