She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Walter Neil and Gordon Fleming; her sons, Walter Neil and David Neil; her stepson Robert Fleming; and her siblings, William Chamberlin and Ruthie Chamberlin.
She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Chamberlin and Hazel Chamberlin (Welch); her children, Bernard Neil of Bellows Falls, VT, James Neil (Susan) of Cornish, NH and Muriel Clark (Robert) of Barre, VT; her stepson Bryant Fleming (Carolyn) of Waterford, VT; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer Fleming of Lyndonville, VT and Andrea Neil of Glover, VT; and her brother James Chamberlin of Florida. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; multiple great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
