He was predeceased by: his father John Amoroso; his sisters, Josephine "Jay" Amoroso, Lena Nowakowski (Steve), Mary Stevens (Bob), Rose Nessing (Casmir), Theresa Butler (Jack), Philipa "Millie" Zaleski (Henry) and Joanne Kennedy (Dwayne); and his close friend Louis Mantzaris.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Amoroso; his children, Deanna Amoroso (Samir), Rebecca Amoroso (Mark) and John Amoroso; his grandchildren, Liam and Rhys Amoroso; his sister Lucy Meoni (Ron); his sister-in-law Linda Hatch (Daniel); his niece Alyssa Hall Hanscom (Sharon); and his friend Arthur "Artie" Vumback. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charitable organization seeking a cure for dementia or any charity of your choice are welcome.
