She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Sturtevant and Jean Sturtevant (Doleva); her husband Lyndon Achilles; her sons, Shaun Bernatchy (Bill Amell), Scott Achilles (Cherie) and Seth Achilles (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Aleya, Asia, Katie, TJ, Cooper, Andrew and Avery; and her siblings, Robert (Carol), James (Beverly) and Shirley (David). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
