She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Ernest and Ruth Oliver Splettstoeszer (Webster); her husband Arthur Dale Ventres; her grandson Benjamin Arthur McCormack; her close friend Douglas Minor; and her siblings, Herbert Splettstoeszer, Frederick Splettstoeszer, Margaret Holmes, Gertrude Splettstoeszer, Alice Gorey, Roberta Flannagan and Martha Consentino.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Ventres (Susan), Claudia McCormack (William), Deborah Cuccia (Frank) and Virginia Pia (Lewis); her grandchildren, Amy Widmer and Eric; her children, Margaret Bachmann, Brian, Jennifer McCormack, Katherine Ventres, Jay, Caroline Paradis, Eric, Angela Chafee, Jared, Curtis Cuccia and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Alex Bachmann, Denver Bachmann, Jack Widmer, Charlie Widmer, Seth McClure, Luke McCormack, Ava and Emma Chafee.
