She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Buxton and Violet Buxton (Batchelder); her son Ray "Tim" Meigs; her siblings, Patricia Gifford (Robert), Raelene Emerson, Charlene Devereaux, Merrill "Bud" Buxton, Fred Buxton (Millie) and Dean Buxton; and her sister-in-law Gertrude McKay (Wallace).
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth York (Norman "Buzzy") of Lyndonville, Carol Labounty (Dwayne) of Monroe, NH and Nancy Young of Wheelock, VT; and her sisters, Jeanette Angers of Perkinsville, VT, Linda Bergeron (Victor) of Trinity, FL and Sally Buxton of Springfield, VT. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
