Cushman and Anita Cushman (Mosher); his grandmother Mary Cushman; his sons, Scott and Chuck; his wife Patricia Cushman; his children, Dean Cushman, Bruce Cushman (Anna) and Kimberly Rowell (Chad); his grandchildren, Andrea, Joshua, Rebecca, Kasey, Sarah, Caleb, Tyler, Zebulon, Jack and Josie; his siblings, Sandra Locklin, George Cushman, Maryjean Lawrence, Ken Cushman, Norma Degreenia (Leslie) and Cindy St (Terry); his close friends, Carol Brill, Kandy Petty, Rick Fisher and Che Newell; his niece Julie; his siblings, James, Jerry Cushman and Shirley Aldrich; his brothers-in-law, Robert Farman, Duane Locklin and Robert Lawrence; and his close friend Gerald Peck.
