He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Sr. (Kenerson) and Robert E. Kathan Sr.; his significant other Carol Laundry; his children, Shannon Kathan of Proctorsville, Tyler Kathan of Lebanon, Tim Olesky of Andover and Christopher Olesky of Ludlow; and his siblings, Gregory Kathan of Belchertown, Michelle Stinson of Belchertown and Cynthia Murray of Belchertown. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
