She is survived by: her parents, Felix Wlazlo and Bronislawa Wlazlo (Yaszczak); her husband Burton Balch; her sons, John Balch (Susan) of Reading and Stephen Balch of Proctorsville; her grandchildren, Lisa Young of Rutland, Katie Balch of Proctorsville and Chad Farrar of Ludlow; and her son-in-law David Churchill of Rutland.
