She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter T. Aher and Bernice Aher (Stone); her husband John G. Pluta (Dud); her son Michael J. Pluta; and her brothers-in-law, Lee Pluta and Frank'Nick'Nuzzolo.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret'Peggy'Nuzzolo of Fair Haven; her daughter Sharon Bixby (Ron) of Ludlow; her granddaughters, Pamela Bixby (Craig Richardson) of Chesapeake, VA and Kimberly Southworth (Brad) of Ludlow; her nephew Walter'Pepe'Nuzzolo; her sister-in-law Margaret Pluta of Florida; her nieces, Rita and Karen Pluta; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Lucas, Tucker Southworth and Layla Richardson.
