He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Sargent and Thelma Manning; his son Douglas Charles Manning (Deborah); his grandchildren, Julie Ann Manning and Shane Richard Manning; his wife Gynette; his son Michael Solaris (Beth); his grandchildren, Katie, Jeremy and AJ; his daughters, Nicole Dean and Julie; his grandchildren, Brittany Nelson (Connor Balzer) and Taylor Heaton-Nelson (Eric Heaton-Nelson); his sons, Conner Nelson and Shane (Donna); his grandchildren, Dr. Molly Pepin (Jason) and Hillary Chase; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Lux, Sloane, Lana, Remi and Sebastian.
