He is survived by: his siblings, Melody, Francine and Timothy; his wife Ann McCarthy Phillips; his son Anthony Phillips (Sara); his grandchildren, Dillon (Liris), Tristan, Vivienne and Sarah Phillips Standish (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Levi and Dawson; his granddaughter Jennifer Phillips (Damen); his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Brody and Myles; his pet Gunner; his friends, Tim Gerrow, Bob Fournier, Ace Greenia and Bob Granai; his children, Micheal and Brittany; and his in-laws, Susan (Mike), Roger (Lucy) and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NRA, 11250 Waples Mill Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030, or simply take a kid fishing in Ray's honor.
