He is survived by: his wife Donna Bowen (Gifford) of Killington, VT; his children, Ricky Bowen (Claudia) of Killington, VT and Vicky Carter; his grandchildren, Robert Carter and Briley Carter of Texas; and his siblings, Charles Bowen (Betsy) of Whitehall, NY, Jack Bowen (Bonnie), Gary Bowen (Ann), Allen Bowen (Aloonsri), Michael Bowen, Scott Bowen (Patty), Patricia Phinney of Munson, MA, Lois Noble (Eugene), Debbie Rusken (Mark), Linette Phelps, Ginny Hamel (Ray) and Edna LaPerle.
