She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wardwell and Mae Bell Wardwell (Compstock); her husband Raymond Phillips; her children, Craig Phillips, Pam Phillips, Debra Phillips and Diana Gildersleeve; and her siblings, Ivan Wardwell, Myron Wardwell, Elva Davis, Frederica Welch and Elnora Fadden.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Phillips, Mike Phillips, Steve Phillips and Becky Adams. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren and many extended family.
