Withum, III (Jacquie) of Carlisle, PA; his stepsons, Frank, Mark Cassano of Plymouth, VT and Scott Cassano of Kittery, ME; his brother Jack Withum of Red Bank, NJ; his grandchildren, Story, Drew, Max, Madison, Jaclyn and Kevin; and his great grandchild Callahan.
